I wanted to join the dots between the lost ADATs of 90s NYC and hypnotic elements of modern 4/4 music. With Levels of Compassion those dots are a homage to the timeless sound of Patrick Crowley and Salsoul beefed up a few notches to really kick it, somehow striking a balance between soulful musicality and the grit, sweat and tears of a long night out.
